Customer Review: Don't Buy This -- Trust me, you'll regret it

This is an elegant design, and well manufactured. The problem? It simply doesn't work. The little card it came with says something to the effect that it took two years to develop. However, I don't believe the designers ever tried to grate some real cheese. It can't have been tested very much. I tried it with both soft and hard cheeses and you can't get a good grip on it and trying to force the cheese into the grater with thumb pressure is not only awkward, but I found it actually impossible. I'm not disabled or arthritic, and I still couldn't get it to work. I'll try to return it, but I didn't save the packaging... Keep looking for that perfect grater. This one should get five stars for being unusual design and NO STARS for being worthless. Really worthless.
