I wanted this wisk to use in my canning jar that I keep sourdough starter in. It really isn't suited for that since the flour clogs up in the middle of it, but it is the right size for getting into the jar to wisk anything less dense. I think it would work great to wisk up chocolate milk in a canning jar for example. As with all of the Rosle products this one is a fine example of a well made, nice looking item.
